Attention all Technicians!You are invited to participate in Elliott’s next Mobile Solutions Technical Training Class. Benefits of MS TrainingOnly certified dealers are allowed to perform installation and training. Having a Mobile Solutions Certified Technician on staff allows you to keep the installation and training revenue in your pocket. If your dealership is unable to provide a Mobile Solutions Certified Technician for install, Elliott will provide a technician at a cost to the Dealer/Customer. Class AgendaThis training event will cover installation and technical instruction on the following Mobile Solutions products: > Mobile ID > Emergency Event Manager (EEMS) > Mobile Solutions App > Asset Manager> Mobile Solutions App > Data Server > EPIC Track > Command Case & Handhelds > Instruction on 'How to Train' Mobile Solutions PrerequisitesEach participant must: > Be capable of setting up ODBC & DSN> Be capable of connecting IDCentre to a database> Have basic knowledge of SQL to include Management Studio & basic querying.> Complete & Pass the Qualification Test. We ask that each participant bring their laptop to training. The Mobile Solutions software is certified for Windows 7 Pro, Windows 10 Pro, and 32 & 64 bit. Qualification TestOnce you have completed your online registration, you will need to participate in a Mobile Solutions Training Qualification Test. This test must be completed within 3 business days from the date you receive your test. This test is designed to help you prepare for the training class. You will receive an email from survey monkey once your registration has been received. A PASS grade on this test is required to complete your registration for this class.
