ABOUT
This sprawling, 360 degree sprawling spectacle takes place in the RDS’ spacious Shelbourne Hall. Each slot works with a strict low capacity to evoke the feeling of openess and fluidity as seen in the works of Van Gogh.
This contemporary immersive rejects the traditional concept of VR and projection to instead boldens the viewer to become one with the art themselves. Theatre of Light presents a cutting edge Three-Part Journey which premiers the incredible talents of digital Creative Studio Nohlab in Dublin.
With Van Gogh at the core of this immersive work, Nohlab takes the viewer beyond. Be enveloped in a world that is rendered using interdisciplinary experiences that fuse the beauty of art, design and technology with Dutch born post-impressionist painter Vincent Van Gogh as a central inspiration. This Journey brings you on an interpretive voyage inspired by the life and death of Van Gogh.

· All ages and abilities welcome!
· Show Run Time: Approximately 35 minutes
· Time Slots: Each slot is allocated 60 minutes and begin on the hour
· Tickets to Van Gogh Dublin: An Immersive Journey are non-refundable.
· This is a standing event. There will be limited seating options available throughout the journey at the venue on a priority needs basis.
· Tickets are best purchased before you enter the venue. There will be an extremely limited number of tickets available to the strict low capacity showings. Book now to guarantee your spot and to avoid disappointment! We cannot guarantee you will be able to purchase tickets on the day if you arrive without a pre-purchased tickets.

PART ONE – “JOURNEY”

This Award Winning show has featured at the Atelier Des Lumiere in Paris, now premiering for the first time on Irish soil. Only at Van Gogh Dublin: An Immersive Journey at the RDS. The contemporary immersive follows the journey of a singular particle of light and the experience of the beginnings of creation itself to interpretation and end.
PART TWO – “VAN GOGH”

The eponymous centre of our Journey. Theatre of Light present a world premiere of never-before-seen content featuring some of the artist’s most famous and beloved paintings. Over 2,000 of Van Gogh's works have been painstakingly rendered in a chronological journey of the painting through the artist’s early life, through the brightly dabbled Parisian streets to the sun stained ploughing fields in Auvers-sur-Oise.
We bring you through the mind of the artist himself to experience the intensity, chaos and disorientation at the helm of a troubled mind.
This 17 minute spectacular will envelope you in the very brushstrokes of Van Gogh himself and invite you to become part of a living breathing canvas.
PART THREE – “EVERYTHING”

Calling into question the concept of everything. This futuristic work brings into focus a narrative on the concept of everything: how science, philosophy and metaphysics converge to question all and suggest new possibilities. A piece that is not afraid to take a honest look at the world around us.

· In the style of Gogh: using AI technology to examine over 2,000 pieces of the beloved artists work- we use state of the art AI technology to reproduce artwork in the style of the Gogh himself.
· Additional Infinity Rooms. Visit our pop-up infinity instillation that is perfect for the snap happy among you. This instillation is delicately assembled from hundreds of specially treated mirrored glass panels- giving the illusion of infinite time and space. The ultimate #VanGoghRDS tagging spot!
· Pop-up Retail store were you can buy exclusive Irish-made gifts and clothing, featuring our own home-grown artisans such as the Handmade Soap Company.
