Description
The City of Atlanta and Sprite present the ATL Hip Hop 50 Concert: YESTERDAY, TODAY AND (404)-EVER hosted by Mayor Andre Dickens, Grammy-award winning songwriter, superproducer, and CEO of So So Def Jermaine Dupri and Emmy award-winning radio personality Ryan Cameron.
Featuring performances by: Atlanta’s hip hop icons T.I., Goodie Mob, EarthGang, Backbone, Crime Mob, Omeretta The Great, Scotty ATL and Special Guest Appearances.
Come out and celebrate Atlanta and 50 years of this artform and culture. This concert will also celebrate over 5000 youth who participated, this year, in the City of Atlanta's Summer Youth Employment Program. #atlyearoftheyouth

Admission/Ticket Limits
Admission is free but reservation of your free tickets is required. Each attendee will be required to present their verified QR code at the gate for entry.
There is a maximum 2 ticket limit for each General Admission registrant/reservation email.
Bag Policy
To reduce staff contact with guest belongings, only clear plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” and/or small clutch bags (6”x9”) are permitted. Small clutch bags do not need to be clear.
Venue Information
Lakewood Amphitheater is cashless. ALL points of sale will ONLY accept debit, credit or mobile pay (Apple Pay or Google Pay). Please see full list at the bottom of this event description for allowed and prohibited tems.
Directions & Parking
Due to event and local traffic, please expect delays and give yourself plenty of time to arrive at Lakewood Amphitheatre. Early arrival and carpooling are strongly recommended. Please check local traffic reports for real time updates.
We strongly encourage parking within the amphitheatre property. Available parking lots are the East lot (accessible via Lakewood Avenue) and the West lot (accessible via Pryor Rd). Parking is $25. No cash accepted.
East Parking Lot (Gate 4): 2000 Lakewood Ave, Atlanta GA 30315 ;
West Parking Lot (Gate 1): 1932 Pryor Road SE, Atlanta GA 30315
Rideshare Drop Off & Pickup
The drop off area (for both rideshare and parents) will be via Gate 5 to Lot F. GPS address for this rideshare location is 2000 Lakewood Ave, Atlanta GA 30315 (Gate 5, Lot F).
Items ALLOWED to be brought into venue:
Bags: clear plastic, vinyl, or pvc bag (maximum size 12" x 6" x 12") OR small clutch bag that does not need to be clear (maximum size 6" x 9")
Blanket: no larger than 4’x8’
Cameras: nonprofessional only, no detachable lenses
Food for dietary health issues: allowed in a clear, one-gallon (1) plastic bag
Lawn Chairs: low profile ONLY (seat no more than 9 inches off the ground and seat-back below shoulders while seated)
Reusable water bottle: must be empty and made of plastic. Glass and metal water bottles are NOT allowed.
Signs: no larger than 8.5”x11”
Water: up to 1 (one) liter in a factory-sealed bottle, per patron
Items NOT-ALLOWED to be brought into venue include, but are not limited to:
Alcohol, Illegal drugs/substances
Animals (excluding service animals)
Any item deemed to be dangerous
Audio recording equipment
Bags that do not meet the clear bag policy description (clear plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bags no larger than 12" x 6" x 12" and/or small clutch bags (6"x9")
Coolers
Electronics including iPads, tablets, Go-Pros, UAV (drones), and filming/recording devices

Lawn chairs that do not meet the lawn chair policy (tall “camping” chairs higher than 9 inches from the ground are not allowed)
