NYC DOB 40-hour Site Safety Manager
$579 plus service charge online pre-paid price; $625 pay-at-door price
NYST is an authorized provider of NYC DOB safety courses.
We offer the 40-hour Site Safety manager course at our Brooklyn Training Center.
This course is a required part of the application for a license as a NYC Site Safety Manager.

6 Class sessions in January, 2020:
Saturdays and Sundays, January 19 and 25 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
and weekdays, January 22, 23, and 24 4:30 PM – 9:00 PM
According to the NYC Department of Buildings website, to be eligible for a SSM license, candidates must meet the following criteria:
To obtain your Site Safety Manager Certification, you must meet the following qualifications:
Be at least eighteen (18) years old;
Be able to read, write and understand the English language;
Be fit to perform work authorized by the particular license;
Meet one (1) of the six (6) qualifications listed in the table on the last page and be able to provide the required documentation to verify that qualifying experience; Click HERE to read the DOB qualifications
Have completed a Department-approved Site Safety Manager Course & OSHA course, if applicable;
Have good moral character so as not to adversely impact your ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of a Site Safety Manager
