Writing and publishing can be stressful so this Retreat will weave in calming, powerful qigong exercises and tai chi ruler to dispell stress and unleash your creativity. Master Trainer Robin Malby will help you explore the energy generated by qigong. Treat yourself! Join us for two days in the meadowland of Lassen National Forest.

Retreat Details:
$265 − Saturday, September 9th - Sunday, September 10th (Includes two lunches, snacks, and Saturday evening barbecue. Does not include accommodations)
Prerequisites: None. No previous qigong, tai chi, or writing experience required. Come and explore.
Accommodations: The Highlands Ranch Resort and the nearby area. A list will be sent upon request.
