These retreats offer life changing immersions in Yoga practice and the potential of receiving spiritual transmission and soul guidance from the heart of these magnificent ancient cultures. Siri Sat embodies an elegant and precise approach to the teachings of Kundalini Yoga. Her specialty in Posture and Alignment is enhanced by earlier training as a professional dancer and choreographer and her love and practice of other hatha yoga disciplines. She is a Kundalini Yoga Teacher Trainee, and part of the teaching team and coordinator of the Kundalini Medicine Yoga Therapy Training worldwide. Siri Sat is a certified IAYT Yoga Therapist well-grounded in energetic healing and is known for her authenticity and sense of humor. AMANBIR Amanbir is a Herbalist and New York licensed acupuncturist and massage therapist. He is also a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher with nearly a decade of experience . He holds a Master of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the Cooper Union. Amanbir has counseled others in astrology and numerology in issues of health, relationships, career, and life choices for over a decade. He draws upon the wealth of Eastern/Chinese Medicine, Kundalini Yoga, Meditation, and Astrology in every session. As every person is unique, Amanbir uses his experience and insight to tailor a personal roadmap to health and harmony for each individual. The intent of my practice is to provide the highest quality support and health care not only to heal but to help my clients acknowledge their own innate ability to heal themselves and live fully.
