Welcome to CrossFit's return to the West Coast, with the WCC - California's Premiere Event and Festival. The West Coast Crossfit Classic; a three-day competition and festival right in the heart of SoCal. With the fittest in the world competing, live music, the top brands on display and entertainment for folks of all ages; all in the iconic venue of the Del Mar Fairgrounds. Don't miss a moment of the first ever West Coast CrossFit Classic! TICKETS Ticket prices do not include fees. All tickets must be ordered online, or at an increased price, at the gate. ALL Sales are FINAL. No Refunds, Exchanges or Rain Checks are allowed. This event is a rain or shine event. Only purchase WCC 2020 tickets from the official WCC ticketing page (you're here!) If you purchase from another source, you risk purchasing a counterfeit or invalid ticket. WCC is not responsible for tickets purchased from unofficial sources. CONFIRMATION You will receive an order confirmation email from Universe on behalf of WCC. If you do not see this email in your inbox, please make sure to check your spam/junk folder. If you are still unable to find your order confirmation or are having any other technical ticket-related issues, please click here to access the Universe help center. For all other inquiries, please contact WCC at info@westcoastcrossfitclassic.com. RECEIVING YOUR TICKET Ticket can be printed or scanned from mobile device on-site upon arrival. For each ticket purchase, you will receive one code per ticket. I.e. if you order 5x 3-day passes, you will receive 5 unique codes. Each will be scannable once. Once scanned, you will be granted access into the event. VIP Ticket holders and 3-day General Admission ticket holders will receive a wristband/credential once their tickets are scanned. MISPLACED TICKETS & WRISTBANDS If you misplace your ticket or code, please send email to info@westcoastcrossfitclassic.com. Once issued a wristband on-site, we are unable to provide another for lost wristbands. FAQ Please note, spectators are NOT able to bring coolers, food, or beverages into the venue. Before attending, please be sure to visit our website to make sure you are prepared. Age Restrictions: All attendees 10-years-old and up need a ticket to enter the WCC. Please note, we recommend that all children under 18 attend with an adult and all children under 13 MUST be accompanied by an adult. Companions for those that require medical assistance need to buy a ticket. If your companion will be provided by a company, please email us at info@westcoastcrossfitclassic.com. so that we can help you make arrangements. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. Event is rain or shine. CAMERA & DRONE POLICY Photography and Footage. Non-professional, non-flash photography and video cameras are permitted at WCC venues/events for personal use only. All cameras (video and still) must be hand-held with interchangeable or telephoto lens no longer than 5 inches in length. Monopods, tripods, and cameras with telephoto or interchangeable lenses greater than 5 inches in length (professional photography equipment) are not permitted. Spectators, attendees, visitors and guests may not distribute, use, reproduce, stream, upload, transmit, broadcast, link, exploit or license any description, account, images, pictures, film, digital, video or audio recording, in whole or in part, for any commercial purpose without the prior express written consent of WCC in each instance. The operation or use of any drones, unmanned aircraft/flying systems, and remotely-controlled or radio-controlled flying machines (whether or not motorized) of all types, shapes, and sizes (collectively, “drones”) at any time on the property of the Del Mar Fairgrounds is prohibited under all circumstances except pursuant to the terms and conditions of written permission from the Association. This policy applies to all individuals, persons, companies, and business entities and includes, but is not necessarily limited to, promoters, tenants, renters, patrons, visitors, and guests. Permission to stay or remain on WCC policy may, in the discretion of the WCC, be revoked for any person[s] in violation of this policy. ANIMALS Animals and pets are not permitted on Association’s property, except as an approved exhibit, activity or presentation legitimately requiring the use of animals, or as a service animal. Big cats, snakes, birds, lizards, exotic animals, and other non-common household pets unless approved by the Association are prohibited. Licensee is fully responsible for any pet(s) or animal(s) inside the rented area. SMOKING There is NO SMOKING in any state-owned, state occupied, or a state-leased building or within 20 feet of the main exit or entrance to such a building, or in any vehicle owned or leased by the state. PARKING Self parking is available onsite for $15. Parking is managed solely by Del Mar Fairgrounds and subject to change.
