The GRAMMY Museum is thrilled to welcome Mon Rovîa to The Greene Space in NYC to celebrate his latest project, Act 4: Atonement EP, with a discussion about his creative process, career, and more, followed by a special live performance. Mon Rovîa is one of the many artists to be featured in the GRAMMY Museum’s New York City program series, which includes bringing a slate of the GRAMMY Museum’s renowned GRAMMY In The Schools Education Programs and Public Programs to the East Coast. “A New York Evening With…” is generously supported by the Dawn and Brian Hoesterey Family Foundation. About Mon Rovîa Mon Rovîa's recent Act 4: Atonement EP marks the powerful culmination of a four-part series that weaves together his Afro-Appalachian folk roots with deeply personal storytelling. Originally from Liberia and now based in Tennessee, Mon's unique sound blends cultural influences and modern folk traditions, earning him a place on Spotify's 2024 Juniper Artists to Watch list. Mon Rovîa has sold out every headline show to date and has already made appearances at Bonnaroo, Austin City Limits and Newport Folk Festival. He recently toured with Gregory Alan Isakov and has previously supported Josiah and the Bonnevilles. His international presence is expanding, with two recent sold-out shows in London and a highly anticipated European tour scheduled for May 2025. Stateside, he is set to perform at major festivals, including Zootown Missoula and Boston Calling in 2025, further solidifying his place among the most exciting new voices in folk and indie music.
