This Sacred Circle of Women is about living in your Truth and attracting your deepest desires. Drop the masquerade and align individual will with Universal will! Explore the differences between want and desire. Understand the universal law of attraction and how to manifest using contemplation, language, action, and your state of being. This is an invitation to break your mask and stop pretending. Live in the flow even through hardships and challenges. Feel the flow and meaning of life as we come into deep connection with breath, movement, and meditation.
A Sacred Circle is where we come together to learn ways of moving, speaking, healing, listening, connecting, and being – with ourselves and each other. It is a place that is blessed. It is a zone that when we have access to it, life flows. We use a combination of pranic healing, breath, movement, play, yoga, kundalini, and other rituals to discover and integrate new blueprints that serve the person we are and the person we are becoming. As each person claims their seat in the circle, connection happens and creativity flows.
No experience is needed. All are welcome, regardless of age, fitness levels, etc. There is something for everyone! A circle is a place to deeply connect with yourself. It is about empowerment to evolve. It becomes a container for truth, witnessing and transformation. The demands and frenzy of the outside world are put on pause and we have a rich opportunity to witness our personal needs and fill our cups with the medicine of breath, movement, silence, play, connection, embodiment, and so much more.
It is a dynamic process; each circle has a different rhythm and tone. We give ourselves to the flow, trusting it to yield exactly that which is needed. Many claim much of what happens is so euphoric they become energized, have the best night’s rest, and feel deeply connected to themselves and their purpose. Many feel happy and blissful.

Nour Kawa is a powerful, dynamic, creative force who brings mastery, beauty and simplicity to everything she does. Nour’s mission is to empower people to discover their own strength. She is an entrepreneur, teacher, yoga and meditation instructor who inspires all that meet her to live life to the fullest. Nour is an example of a woman who sores high in her professional, academic, and entrepreneurial life while managing to keep her family, friends and relationships close to her heart.
Nour deeply trusts the intuitive knowledge and wisdom within each one of us. In a fun, jovial, direct and warm manner, Nour combines her wisdom in meditation, breath, yoga, movement and sound practices that she has learned over the past decade to unleash the power within us.
She also combines her immense corporate, strategy, product development, business development, and entrepreneurial skills with her compassionate heart to hold space for everyone to connect to their intuition, power and healing energy. She has worked on Billion Dollar businesses, for Fortune 500 firms, for a leading startup company, and with the best consulting agency. She lives her practice in all areas of life.
She is a Certified Kundalini Yoga instructor who has trained with some of the leading teachers on the planet. Nour is also a pre-natal yoga instructor with a foundation in Hatha Yoga. Additionally, she is trained in multiple healing techniques from various parts of the globe and teaches at retreats, festivals and centers all over the world. Nour is a Miami native who speaks multiple languages and travels the world teaching, learning, working, playing and discovering.
