In order to deliver world-class programming, we partnered with Indus Space to bring you a summer program like no other: All About Space!
Are you a kid between 7 to 12 years old or a girl between 13 to 17 years old and interested in space?
All About Space Girls Program is a four-day summer camp-like program that provides children the opportunity to learn all about the science and technology that is involved in space exploration.
This week-long camp will include hands-on activities and projects that introduce children to the basics of
astronomy,
geology,
geography, and
engineering.
They will learn all about our solar system, investigate ways to explore planetary surfaces, and design a rover mission.
Date: August 6 to August 9, 2019 (inclusive) from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
The cost of the program will cover all materials and pizza lunch on Friday.
Subsidies are available to qualifying families; proof of income is required. Please fill out the registration form here for your subsidized spot.
All participants will be responsible for finding their way to the program location and home.
A media release and parent consent form must be signed with registration. A Code of Conduct will be sent to you upon registration. Please read that with your child and both sign it and bring it with you on the first day of the program.
Please ensure you sign up now as our programs fill up quickly.
Prerequisite to attending is just having an interest in space!
