Each night of this fantastic event will be limited to 20 people making this a real 1 on 1 experience with the chefs who will be hosting and serving each of the 7 course menu, explaining each course in detail and as the dining table is in the kitchen you will really be able to watch and see how the chefs create each dish. Ben and Justin have teamed up for 2 nights only right here in the Heart of Amsterdam at Tunnel37 so this really is an event not to be missed. See more information about Ben and Justin below. This Event is a Bring your Own Alcohol Event.Ben is 28 years old and lives in London, UK.Ben has trained at some of the world’s finest Michelin starred restaurants including Per Se, Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, the Ledbury, The Fat Duck, Le Manoir, Vue de Monde & L’enclume.Since returning to London in 2011, Ben has delivered his style of cooking to great success at restaurants including Roganic, John Salt & Aqua Shard winning several awards personally & professionally along the way.Additionally, his creative dining concepts such as StrippedBack, NoRules & WorldDinners have been received to critical acclaim with global requests for StrippedBack seeing Ben take the concept to the legendary music festival Coachella & other countries including Hungary & Finland.Justin is 33 and lives in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.Justin trained at the 5 star Landmark London Hotel, and went on to work with people such as Jamie Oliver, Ronnie Wood and Michelin Starred Robert Clayton. Justin then went onto Australia to work in Restaurant Amuse which was voted the Number 1 Restaurant in Western Australia and is the holder of 3 Hats.Justin was Chef of the Year winner in 2009/2010 and 2011 in London and was also voted best newcomer in 2011, he has released his own Cookbook, appeared on TV and Radio shows across the UK and in 2015 he moved to Amsterdam to set up Verzet which host Pop Up Restaurants in various locations over The Netherlands. 2016 see's Verzet moving forward with plans to host Pop Ups all over The Netherlands including festivals and the release of our first Craft Beer.
