Nicholas and Will are proud partners in Pearce Predhomme Wines, a boutique négociant company making small-lot, hand-crafted wines in the Willamette Valley, Oregon, USA and in Stellenbosch, South Africa.
Will Predhomme is Managing Director of Predhomme Inc., a Toronto-based, wine-focused communications company. He spent many years as a Senior Sommelier at O&B Restaurants, and is now a Wine & Spirits Education Trust instructor and an associate professor at the University of Guelph, while also finding time to host The Globe & Mail Wine Basics video series! He holds the WSET Diploma in Wine & Spirits and has represented Ontario and Canada globally at the ASI Best Sommelier of the World competition.
