The Hispanic Center of Western cordially invites you to join us once more to our 4th Annual Sabor Latino Gala! A night where we gather to celebrate Latin culture but most importantly raise funds to help our organization continue to fulfill its mission of advocating, educating, and empowering Hispanics in West Michigan. This year is especially important as we welcome to our team and present to you our new Executive Director, Adnoris "Bo" Torres! During the evening, there will be Latin infused food stations, followed by a short program where we will award two exceptional youths and a member of our community. After our programs ends, we will be opening the doors to the entire community to come join us for the After Party! Come dance the night away to the entertainment we have lined up & enjoy the cash bar (cards accepted). After Party Tickets are $25 Entry starts at 8:00pm Event Schedule: The food stations and bar will be open upon arrival, we encourage our guests to take the first hour to find their seats, grab a beverage, & begin to enjoy dinner. We will start our program promptly at 7:00pm 6:30-7:00PM Check-in, mingle, & enjoy the beverages & food stations 7:00PM-8:00PM Program & Awards (continuation of beverages/food stations) 8:00PM-12:00AM After Party FAQs Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event? Yes, this event is 21+ and will need photo ID at the bar What is the dress code? Festive/Business Formal/Semi Formal What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event? If you plan to enjoy adult beverages during our event, we highly encourage you to consider UBER. Unfortunately 20 Monroe Live does not have dedicated parking, but they are right downtown with plenty of city garages, meters and lots close by. How can I contact the organizer with any questions? A full refund will be issued if you are unable to attend up until the day before the event on Thursday, May 30th Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? We highly encourage that all of our guests bring their electronic or printed tickets with them for a speedy check-in process. If you are only coming to the after-party portion of our event YOU WILL NEED to have your tickets with you NO ticket = NO entry Is my ticket transferrable? Yes, if you tranfer your ticket to your friends or family, they will still be allowed in even if the name on their ticket does not match their ID Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends? Yes
