Sylvie Rokab, a seasoned guide at the intersection of mindfulness, heartfulness, Forest Bathing, and storytelling will lead you through a series of enriching activities in both our communal hall and the serene nature therapy gardens. You’ll participate in meditation, guided nature immersion, and reflective exercises. Sylvie will also offer an inspiring talk on nature-based mindfulness, followed by questions and reflections (Q&R). This is a unique opportunity to join a community of like-hearted individuals, in person, to commune with the land, and rediscover the beauty of belonging together in our living world.
