Babylon is a magical world of music, art and culture that is set deep in the heart of the Victorian countryside. Taking place on the final weekend of February, Babylon is an inspired curation of local and international live and electronic music artists, alongside a unique world of art and cultural exploration.
Festival attendees embraced the fresh new world of Babylon earlier this year, the three day camping event was a wonderful culmination of music, arts and lifestyle. Music lovers from across the globe were drawn to the beautiful surrounds of Carapooee West in the Northern Grampians Shire for the inaugural event and danced together under the sun, the moon and the stars… they enjoyed new found friendships and strengthened old ones, they discovered and they reflected.
Babylon will feature a feast of some of the best artists in the global electronic movement. Featuring a hand picked selection of world renowned music stalwarts as well as some future bright stars you may have never heard of, with an exceptional lineup that encompasses techno, psy trance, house and experimental beats. Babylon is an event of the future.

BABYLON Food Village: The Babylon food village will present a wide range of nourishing food and drink options catering to all tastes and preferences. Full details of vendors will be announced closer to the event.
BABYLON Market Place and Lifestyle: Festival fashion, handmade accessories and jewellery and wide array of locally designed products will be available for you to enhance your Babylon journey, a place where you can find that perfect keepsake.
BABYLON Workshops and Mindfulness: Be inspired, interact, expand your mind and current perspective. Babylon will be offering a diverse program of wellness and mindfulness workshops for you to experience and discover. Whether it be a hands on creative activity for you to learn a new craft, a yoga class or a mindful meditation retreat, it’s up to you how you want to compliment your outdoor musical experience. Heal, detox and recharge your mind and your body.
BABYLON Camping: General camping will be included in the Babylon GA ticket.
Alpha Camp Glamping will also be available for those who would like a more luxurious camping experience. The Alpha Camp Glamping village will be a secluded space for you to rest, relax and rejuvenate between dancefloor activity. There will a range of standard and delux tent packages available. BABYLON Transport: Banana Bus will be providing shuttle buses to and from the closest regional station for a small fee. Bookings are essential. Banana Bus also provides suburban pickup from pre-set Melbourne suburbs direct to the festival and back. Book a return ticket for just over $75 or contact them for a shuttle service at https://www.bananabusft.com/
For those that are planning to drive, carpooling is strongly recommended. This year's only price increase is $20 per vehicle car pass that is required for all vehicles. Check the Babylon website for more specific directions.
