Bangers4Ben 2024 – It’s all about the drive!
This year we are heading over to mainland Europe to drive some of the best roads it has to offer.
Starting in Folkstone we’ll head over to France on the Eurotunnel, where we’ll make our way to the Alps. From here we will drive some of the best roads and mountain passes France and Switzerland have to offer.

What is Bangers4Ben?
If Bangers4Ben is new to you, it’s a car rally and the rules are simple;
· Pay the entry fee.
· Buy a car for less than £750.
· Theme, paint or decal said car however you like.
· Raise as much money as you can for Ben, the automotive industry charity ( www.ben.org.uk).
· Select your fancy dress.
· AND, having completed the rally, donate your car to be sold at auction with all proceeds going to Ben.
Entry fee:
Entry is £1050 + VAT per car including the driver and 1 co-driver. This covers your twin accommodation, breakfast, evening meal and AA roadside assistance!
(Note: entry fee is non-refundable, but we will endeavour to re-sell your place and if this is the case we will of course return your entry fee).
You can spend up to £750 on purchasing your trusty steed (vehicle) which will be auctioned at the end of the event and all the proceeds from the sale will be donated to Ben.
Places are strictly limited to 45 cars, so book early to avoid disappointment.
The Route:
Day 1
From Calais we hit the autoroute across Northern France to our overnight stop in Nancy to get a good night’s sleep before we hit the winding roads of the Alps.
Day 2
Leaving the autoroute well behind we head into the Alps to drive some of Switzerland’s best mountain passes including the Juanpass, Furkapass and St Gotthard pass to name just a few.
Day 3
Leaving Switzerland, we make our way back north through Germany to our last overnight stop near the Nürburgring.
Day 4
It's time to leave mainland Europe behind and head back to Calais to set sail for home.
