Description
The Barrel Sauna is a small firewood sauna that can be booked for private 2-hour sessions and has a max capacity of 4 people to be able to keep a safe distance in Corona-time. During a session there is a small changing room, two showers and cold water barrels avalible. Guests can order drinks directly to the sauna with a QR code. The temperature inside the sauna is between 75–90 °C.
New routinesWe have changed our routines due to the Corona virus and follow the government instructions to secure a safe visit here at SALT. You will experience a new system for ordering drinks and food, less people in the sauna and allocated spacious seating along side extensive washing routines of all areas and hands.
Stay home if you feel sickIf you upon your day of visiting us experience any symptoms that resembles those of Covid-19, or have been in contact with anyone with the symptoms we ask you to stay home and come back another time. Write an email to kundeservice@salted.no and we will move your tickets to a day of your choosing.
Swimsuits are required. Towels can be rented. You are not allowed to bring your own alcohol - alcohol is bought in the bar.
Nauste sauna is only open for pre-booking online.
Refund policy
Tickets are non-refundable. We can change sauna bookings no later than 2 days in advance, and we will not be available to change tickets during the weekend. Tickets can only be changed/moved one time.

By purchasing this ticket, you consent to our terms and conditions.
- Your contact information will be stored for up to six months. The information will only be used in the case of an infection detection of Covid-19. In that case we will give your name and contact information to Folkehelseinstituttet. (This is required of by the government as a “Responsible host”)
- If you buy tickets to several people, it is important that you know who is using the tickets, in order for Folkehelseinstituttet to be able to carry out an infection detection of Covid-19 later if necessary.
