Beast from the East Tour will see some of the most intriguing and outspoken live acts from Balkans showcase their talent to the UK and Ireland wide audience. Bands that have caught the eye of an everyday folk with their intensity, live performance or exciting new material. M.O.R.T. + Them Moose Rush + From Another Mother + Vizelj Leading the charge are Croatian blues punk rockers M.O.R.T. Founded by three friends in 2003 and influenced by the likes of Nirvana, The Beatles, Black Flag but also Hunter S. Thompson and Jack Kerouac, the band successfully blends an uncompromising punk-blues with intense sound and unrestrained live performances. Last 4 years has seen M.O.R.T turn into well-oiled machine and reach millions on YouTube while appearance at Liverpool Sound City 2018 got them a place on a lucrative Top 20 Artists at Sound City 2018 by Get into this e-zine. To coincide with a UK visit, the band will release a much anticipated new album. Titled "Standing Running Man" will be the band's first release in English language. Joining them on the bill are prog rock compatriots THEM MOOSE RUSH. Regular on the scene and ever present in the media this power trio has had great success appearing on many European showcase festivals, notably EUROSONIC and Europa Vox. Influences range from Led Zep and Soundgarden to Primus and Mars Volta.Last year epic "Don't pick your noise" has received rave reviews and have been nominated for a Prog Metal album of the year by a prestigious Metal Storm online platform. FROM ANOTHER MOTHER is best described as extremely energetic, explosive yet controlled chaos with a friendly vibe. Song arrangements are characterized by multi-rhythmic grooves, sudden breakdowns, active dynamics, all covered with melodic guitar and vocals. Croatian rockers have played over 60 shows around Europe and it shows.For the fans of At the Drive In, Dillinger Escape Plan, Vukovi. VIZELJ are three angry white men from Belgrade, Serbia. Post punk ferocity and some big name influences like Iggy and the Stooges and MC5 has firmly put the band on the right path: onwards and upwards. Active since 2013, for a young artists Vizelj are showing a remarkable self-control and maturity. More importantly they seem to have plenty of fun playing live.
