Beep, Beep, Win a Jeep Outdoor Adventure Raffle 2020/MVRA Education Foundation Raffle Official RulesPrize: 2018 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport S/or $25,000 in cash---Beep, Beep Win a Jeep Outdoor Adventure Raffle Eligibility: Raffle participant must be at least 18 years old. Friends of the Miami Valley Restaurant Association and MVRA Education Foundation (the “Foundation”) members, sponsors, and consultants are eligible to participate. Raffle ticket price is $50/per ticket. There is no limit to the number of tickets each raffle participant may purchase. This does not affect the odds of winning of any particular ticket. Each ticket will be entered separately into the drawing. Each ticket is a separate and equal chance to win the specified prize/prizes. Tickets are printed in numerical sequence -0001-4500. Ticket number will be randomly assigned to each purchaser. Tickets sold on-line through dineoutdayton.com as well as at various in person locations. Tickets purchased on-line will be mailed via first class U.S Mail provided the ticket was purchased by October 13, 2020. Winner selection for all prizes will be a live drawing at Mr. Boro’s Tavern on October 18. The Jeep/$25,000 cash drawing will be on the 18th. The winning Jeep ticket holder must do the following by November 18, 2020 to claim the Jeep.: 1.) Respond to the Foundation’s attempt to contact the purchaser by phone or email and or notifying the Foundation that he/she has the winning ticket for the Grand Prize Jeep at 937-461-6872 or via email at Amy@dineoutdayton.com 2.) Physically present state government issued identification proving that the person claiming the prize is the same person whose name is on the winning ticket. 3.) Be prepared to satisfy all taxes and fees when picking up the prize. Which includes federal, state, and tax and title fees. 4.) Proof of insurance 5.) Sign all necessary paperwork and take physical possession of the prize. Paperwork will include a Liability Release Form releasing the Foundation, the Miami Valley Restaurant Association, and their respective directors, members, consultants, sponsors and project partners that releases them from any liability for the prize’s condition, parts, function, etc. Ticket and prize isare void if all 5 requirements are not met by this date. The prize is offered “as-is” with no warranties whether express or implied. The Foundation will communicate the winning raffle ticket number and name on www.dineoutdayton.com, MVRA Facebook page, and MVRA Instagram page. The winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility at the discretion of the Foundation. Tickets have no cash value. The winner may choose to take the cash prize of $25,000 (applicable federal and state taxes are the responsibility of the winner). The Grand Prize of the 2018 Jeep Wrangler/$25,000 can only be redeemed through the Foundation. Winner need not to be present to win and can view via Facebook Livestream on the MVRA page. The owner of the winning ticket must satisfy all taxes and fees when picking up the prize. If selected winning entrant is unable to fulfill requisite procedures to claim prize her or she will forfeit all claims thereto. Prize: The winner of the 2020 BEEP, BEEP, Win a Jeep Outdoor Adventure grand prize (Jeep Wrangler 2018 Sport S Unlimited) benefitting the MVRA Education Foundation will claim their prize and pick up the Jeep or Cash (check), their choice, either or, from a Foundation board member within the terms describe above. Images of the Jeep are actual images of the Jeep in the raffle. Winner is solely responsible for all taxes, registration, title, transfer fees, license duties, insurance and all expenses associated with claiming, registering and using the prize vehicle. The Foundation has no liability with regard to taxes and fees for the vehicle. For all other prizes won, winners will be notified and the winning tickets will be posted on the MVRA web-site page www.dineoutdayton.com . Winners must contact the Foundation via 937-461-6872 and or email at Amy@dineoutdayton.com. Winners will have until November 18 to collect their prize. Prizes valued over $600 will require a W2G. Additional Rules: This contest is subject to all applicable international, federal, state, and local laws, and is void where prohibited, taxed, or otherwise restricted. Effective 1/15/2010, the state of Washington does not allow its residents to purchase raffle tickets on-line or by phone. Winner agrees that the Foundation and MVRA may use his/her name, address, photograph or videotape likeness and statements for publicity purposes and agrees to sign a publicity release without any further compensation. The Foundation reserves the right to cancel this contest at any time, in which its liability is limited to refund of raffle ticket price to participants.
