Lily Diamond is a writer, educator, and advocate working to democratize wellness through storytelling, accessible practices for inner and outer nourishment, and revolutionary acts of self-care in relationship to our earth and human communities. Lily is author of bestselling memoir-cookbook Kale & Caramel: Recipes for Body, Heart, and Table, coauthor of What’s Your Story?: A Journal for Everyday Evolution, and her work has been featured in the New York Times, VICE, Healthyish, Women’s Review of Books, Refinery29, and more. She lives in Maui, Hawai‘i, where she grew up, on occupied native Hawaiian land.

About IMBY's Bonfire Chats:
Bring your hot cocoa and s'mores sticks and gather around our virtual bonfire as we chat with inspiring individuals from across a variety of fields, experiences, and disciplines. Participate as much or as little as you want—jump in for a live Q&A with our amazing guest speakers, or keep your camera off and soak in the wisdom. Come as you are and dive deeper into topics you know and care about, or learn something you've never explored before.
At IMBY our zooms always are video optional, participation optional, breakout room optional, and always offer live closed captioning and transcription.
A replay will be sent out after the event and will be available for 2 months!
