Led by artisan bakers John DiPuccio and Jesse Bonney, students will get a hands-on introduction to baking traditional German breads.
In this class, you will:
learn the basics of baking bread, and
the history and types of German bread, with a focus on Northern German pan breads
make your own German Pan Bread from scratch
