Join Aodhnait Lombard and Will van Zyl, Level 2 certified Wim Hof Method instructors, for an incredible 2 hour Breathwork and Ice Bath experience!
The Wim Hof Method is a very simple and powerful technique to fully engage with life and be HAPPY, HEALTHY and STRONG again. Improved energy, reduced stress, improved sleep and optimised immune response are only a few of the benefits.
An amazing experience, it will add a whole new dimension to your Camp Bestival adventure.
Please note, this is not a full Wim Hof Method Fundamentals course. This is an ice bath and Breathwork experience only.
Participants will need to bring with them a yoga mat, swimwear, towel, dry clothes for after an ice bath and a water bottle.
