Description
Based on the Nonviolent Communication (NVC) process developed by Dr. Marshall Rosenberg, this 2022 online conference focuses on creating and maintaining strong relationships in our personal and professional lives. It introduces and builds on a simple, powerful process language that transforms how we interact with ourselves and others. NVC is a consciousness that includes being fully present, having choice, and expressing and listening empathically through observations, feelings, needs, and requests. You can apply NVC to personal and professional relationships, self-empowerment, advocacy, and other areas of your life.
This 10th annual conference is open to everyone and is free (donations to cover costs welcome). Topics:
Choosing our Words – clarity with Observations, Feelings, Needs, and Requests, with Al Tinholt (suitable for beginners)
