Join me on Sunday, July 16th, for a Cancer New Moon Workshop & Soundbath!
The event will consist of a guided-meditation to drop in together, an intention setting exercise to tap into the energetics of the Cancer New Moon, ending with a 45-minute soundbath. Light refreshments will be provided!
The event will take place at Thrive Health & Wellness Collective in Marina del Rey. Details on where to go and what to bring day of will be provided 48 hours before the event.
Kelsey Cook is a yoga and meditation teacher, sound healer, reiki master, and holistic health coach who helps others find peace and calm through yoga, self-care, and mindfulness.
