In its fifth year, witness a bold, and heartfelt homage to ballroom culture from the drag community where we will crown the fiercest Miss Kitty and celebrate the most iconic Haus that the Fillmore Stage has ever seen. Ready your glitter kitties; our claws are sharpened for an unmatched showdown. The reason for your support and patronage: During The Ruth Ellis Center’s 25th anniversary year, we honor over two decades of unwavering commitment to LGBTQ+ young people. Our vision remains unchanged: providing sanctuary for young people facing housing insecurity and other systemic barriers, like healthcare, because of their sexual orientation, gender identity, or expression. Our steadfast support of this community has made the Ruth Ellis Center a beacon of hope and a national leader in LGBTQ+ youth care practices. As we near the fifth exciting year of Catfight for the Crown on June 14th, we invite you to join us in fortifying the legacy of Ruth Ellis. Let’s come together to celebrate this magical milestone year while ensuring the Ruth Ellis Center thrives for generations to come. The Grand Opening of Ruth Ellis Center's Permanent Supportive Housing Program, Ruth Ellis Clairmount Center, a 43 unit studio and one bedroom residence equipped with communal spaces and the Ruth Ellis Clairmount Health and Wellness Center, complete with primary and behavioral health care access for the young people in residence and LGBTQ+ community at-large. General Admission tickets will have a cash bar and cash snack option available. This is an 18+ event and ID will be REQUIRED for all guests. No parking provided, be prepared to rideshare (saftey first) or park in the venue's neighboring lots. No Valet.
