The 2-Day Training of
Trainers Program is open to anyone who has already attended the nationally
acclaimed CCAR Recovery Coach Academy (RCA) and would like the opportunity to
train this curriculum. This training is a $650 value anywhere else it is offered.
Day 1 of the training will
include a complete review of the CCAR Recovery Coach Academy curriculum, with
an opportunity to explore each module as it relates to the content and
facilitation. Logistics for scheduling trainings and working with CCAR will
be featured as well. In addition, the CCAR Trainer's contract will be
reviewed and signed.
Day 2 of the training will
give participants the opportunity to present a module of their choosing to the
group and practice the art of facilitating the Recovery Coach Academy
curriculum.
In addition to the
contractual agreement with CCAR, each participant will receive a CCAR RCA
Trainer's Manual, Certificate of Completion with a TOT#, and PowerPoint
presentation slides. A continental style breakfast served daily.
The training begins at 9:00am
each day, and usually ends by noon on Day 2. Participants are encouraged
to bring their manual from the RCA training and a copy of their
