TICKETS
ORLAND PARK RESIDENTS: Residents will enjoy a special ticket rate of $75 from April 23 through May 23. Tickets must be purchased in person at Sportsplex (11351 W. 159th Street, Orland Park, IL) or Village Hall Cashier (14700 S. Ravinia Ave., Orland Park, IL). Proof of residency required.

To show our gratitude for their service, the Village of Orland Park is offering all First Responders, Military Personnel, and Veterans the special rate of $75. Must purchase in person at Sportsplex (11351 W. 159th Street, Orland Park, IL) or the Village Hall Cashier (14700 S. Ravinia Ave., Orland Park, IL). Proof of First Responder or Military status, such as a photo ID, is required.

All tickets are general admission. No reentry is permitted. Anyone exiting the event will not be allowed to reenter. Children 8 and under are free and must be accompanied by an adult.
GENERAL INFORMATION
The Village will be selling alcoholic beverages*. Must be 21 or older. Drink tickets will be available onsite, are non-refundable and valid only at the concert at which they are purchased. (*Subject to change.)
Local food vendors will be onsite with items available for purchase.
Lawn chairs, blankets, coolers, strollers and small wagons are permitted.
The following are NOT permitted: large umbrellas, tents, weapons, knives and other sharp objects, explosives or firearms (including those possessed by off-duty officers or concealed carry license holders), scooters, bicycles, roller skates/blades, drones, kegs, cannabis, pets (except service animals), video/audio recording devices, professional cameras and cameras with detachable lenses.
No open flames, including grilling or candles, are permitted.
Smoking is prohibited within the fenced-in area of grounds.
Smoking/consuming cannabis in/around grounds is strictly prohibited and will result in a police response.
All bags and coolers will be inspected before entering the venue.
VENUE LOCATION AND PARKING
15609 Park Station Blvd. Ample parking is north of Jillian Rd. & Park Station Blvd.
Additional over-flow parking is located in the 153rd St. Metra Parking lot. After parking, head south to venue by going through the overpass. Venue is located a short walk up the path.
There is ADA parking available. Please take note, the venue is approximately 200 yds. from the closest parking. There is an ADA only drop-off area at Park Station & Summerglen Lane. This is an ADA entrance only. This is not a general admission entrance.

REFUND POLICY
This is a rain or shine event. Concerts may be postponed, suspended, or cancelled in the case of lightning, heavy winds, heavy rain or other threatening weather or conditions that place the audience, artists, crew or staff at risk. In the event of cancellation due to weather or other discretionary reasons, no refunds or credits will be issued. However, in the limited circumstances of concert cancellation caused by federal, State or local government directives, guidelines and recommendations relating to event cancellations, social distancing and/or other public health and safety measures only, ticket holders will be eligible for a full refund or a partial, pro-rated refund. Refunds will not be given until the cancellation or conclusion of the entire concert series.
