Terms & Conditions for 2022 Season Ticket issued by Clare GAA & Universe:
1. Please state your full legal name when purchasing your 2022 Season Ticket in the fields provided on universe.com
2. If purchasing more than one season ticket, please specify full legal name for other patrons on universe.com
3. The 2022 Season Ticket will expire at midnight 30th April 2023
4. The 2022 Season Ticket entitles a holder to attend all club games scheduled by Clare GAA up to 30th April 2023
5. Only the legal name linked to the purchased 2022 Season ticket is permitted entry to scheduled Clare GAA club fixtures within the above-stated dates
6. A valid Government Picture ID can be requested at entrances to scheduled fixtures by Clare GAA gate checkers to validate the ownership of a 2022 Season Ticket
7. A Clare GAA gate checker has the right to refuse entry should a Season Ticket holder not present a valid Government Picture ID when asked for
8. 2022 Season Tickets do not entitle holders to any special seating rights or access rights to secured areas
9. 2022 Season Tickets must under no circumstances be shared with other parties and can result in an immediate non-refundable cancellation
10. 2022 Season Tickets are non-transferable to other members of public
11. Sharing of 2022 Season Tickets on social or messaging platforms i.e. Twitter, Whatsapp etc. can result in immediate ticket cancellation
12. Reselling of 2022 Seasons Tickets QR codes is strictly forbidden and can result in an immediate non-refundable cancellation or criminal prosecution
13. 2022 Season Tickets can be immediately revoked should a holder abuse the above terms and conditions
14. Terms & Conditions are subject to change throughout the stated above dates
