Ticket Terms & Conditions
The following Ticket Terms & Conditions control the purchase, use and refunding of the ticket to the [CLASH ROYALE LEAGUE WORLD FINALS 2018] (“the Ticket”). As the purchaser of the Ticket and in order to be allowed to attend in [CLASH ROYALE LEAGUE WORLD FINALS 2018] (“the Event”), Makuhari Messe Hall 6, 2 Chome-1 Nakase, Mihama Ward, Chiba, Chiba Prefecture 261-0023, Japan, you undertake:
To comply with the age limit of 13 years. All attendees must be 13 years of age no later than Saturday, December 1, 2018. Anyone of ages 0-12 will not be allowed to enter, not even when accompanied by an adult or someone over 13 years of age.
To comply with the safety instructions given by the Event organizer and/or the Representatives and to obey the non-smoking rule of the premises of the Event. A violator of the safety rules and the non-smoking rule may be removed from the Event without any refund or other compensation.
to go through a security check before entering the premises of the Event. It is not allowed to bring bottles of any kind, alcohol, narcotics, aerosols or any hazardous materials or items to the Event or the premises of the Event. Any said or otherwise inappropriate matters, items or materials will be confiscated upon the security check or if later found.
to consent that if you refuse to go through a security check, your entry to the Event and the premises of the Event will be denied without any refund or other compensation.
to acknowledge that disruptive behavior is not tolerated and the event organizer and the Representatives have a right to deny enter from or eject a person, who acts disorderly, inappropriately or violently, uses inappropriate language or otherwise cause disturbances, from the Event without any refund or other compensation.
to authorize event organizer and the Representatives to record, stream and otherwise use pictures, videos or other recording of you in person and/or your voice in their streaming or other recordings of the Event. This authorization is unlimited in time and scope as well as it allows the use of such material in any extent, media or manner and for marketing purposes. Solely Event organizer owns such material and you are not entitled to any compensation or profit related to such material. To the extent permitted by applicable law you also hereby waive your rights to such material
to comply with the prohibition of live recording and transmitting. All live recording and transmitting as well as helping in live recording and transmitting is prohibited in the Event and in the premises of the Event. A violation of this prohibition may result in the removal of the violator from the Event without any refund or other compensation.
to refrain from disturbing the streaming, other transmitting or any recording of the Event in anyway. A violation of this prohibition may result in the removal of the violator from the Event without any refund or other compensation.
To release Event organizer and their administration, employees, agents, sponsors, exhibitors, contractors and other organizers of the Event (“the Representatives”) from any liability for any personal injuries, damages or other risks, regardless of whether arising prior to, during or after the Event or related to the Event, and also release event organizer and the Representatives from any claims arising from such injuries, damages or other risks, related to those or otherwise connected to the Event or the Representatives.
to consent that there is no refunds or exchanges for the purchased Ticket in any case as well as that Event organizer reserves a right to cancel the Ticket by refunding the purchase price of the Ticket in any case and at any time and, due to a cancellation, deny the enter to the Event. Event organizer is not responsible and will not refund or replace possible counterfeits of the Ticket, stolen, lost or otherwise destroyed tickets.

To consent that any violation of these Terms & Conditions may result in cancellation of the Ticket without any refund or other compensation.
