A rad clothing swap...brunch...AND complimentary mimosas!! >>>>This one is for ladies who are sizes 14 and up!<<<< Bring 15-25 of your BEST new or gently used garments and accessories to Bleu & Fig! We promise you'll find some new items and have a great time! Tickets are $20. What do you get? A light catered brunch by the fabulous Chef Brooke Kinsey, complimentary mimosas, and the promise that you'll find at least a few things you will love! We are asking folks to only bring 15-25 of their BEST swap items to ensure you have a quality swap experience! THE RUNDOWN: Arrive between 11:00-11:30 the day of the swap. You will drop your items off at the check-in table. While we sort, you can enjoy light brunch bites and a mimosa (or two)! We will make sure everything is ready and sorted so you can begin "shopping" promptly at 11:30. We will inspect* and sort all items before adding them to the mix. Everything will be grouped by size & type (all sizes and styles are encouraged)! Don't hesitate to include your shoes, belts, accessories, bags, outerwear etc. along with your garments. In general, we usually say you can take as much as you bring. Everyone can pick a few *must have* items, then after the swap has been going for 15 min or so, it's all fair game. Believe it or not, we've never had any issues with greedy swappers. Everyone brings tons of great items, and we always have TONS leftover. We will have at least two full mirrors and there will be a restroom for try-ons. SWAP ITEMS: We are asking that participants only bring 15-25 of their BEST swap items. We want to make sure we have quality, lightly worn/new items, while also avoiding becoming an "unloading" zone for bags and bags of unwanted items. Please make sure anything you bring is CLEAN and as odor-free as possible. No undergarments unless they are new with tags on Items will be inspected to ensure they don't have holes, damage, or other undesirable flaws. In general, we don't have many folks looking for kids clothes, so this time we will pass on them. We usually have a small portion of menswear, but typically, this event primarily brings in womenswear. We can't guarantee a variety in all sizes, but we have always had a great mix in the past! Encourage your friends to join and help us add more diversity! TIPS: Arrive early for the best selection! Bring a friend! It's always more fun to have a second opinion! Want to stay until the end? Great! You can take whatever is still up for grabs! Wear something comfy and "try-on" friendly! PARKING: Please park in the Eagles Candies lot (4590 N High St, Columbus, OH 43214) just south of Bleu & Fig. Unclaimed items will be donated to Out of the Closet Thrift Stores.
