Introducing you to our unique and exclusive partnership with our Mixologist! Getting in touch with nature, we are taking you into the woods virtually, so you can learn and make contemporary and perfectly balanced drinks, beloved of purists and cocktail makers alike, from the comfort of your home!
Prior to the event we will send you a kit containing a miniature of each of our 3 wild liqueurs, plus an exclusive wild vermouth, syrup and souring agent, a lemon and lime substitute.
Our mixologist, from the woods, will give a tasting of each liqueur first, discussing flavour profile and introducing you to the ingredients used in each, where they grow and a history of how they have been traditionally used. You will then make your own wild Negroni style drink.
Then, you will be encouraged to choose your preferred liqueur based on the earlier tasting before seasoning with the other ingredients in the kit. This makes it a very individual experience.
