Under 16s with adult 21+ Join us on Saturday 27th or Sunday 28th August to indulge in some culinary delights, courtesy of superstar Chef Barry Bryson who brings his latest project - Barry Fish - to Connect Festival. Fans can enjoy the exclusive Chef’s Table as Chef Barry amazes diners with his delightfully unique blend of traditional local cuisine and zany, bold flavours. From apple smoked sea trout paired with a delightful oyster mayonnaise and pickled radish, to fishcake, beurre blanc and fried capers - there is something tasty for everyone. Go the extra mile to make your experience more special by pairing your delicious meal with some expertly crafted wine, chosen specifically by Chef Barry to compliment the menu. With only one sitting per day 1pm-3pm for 60 foodies, it will no doubt be a sell-out event that Connect revellers will be talking about for a long time to come. In order to gain access to the Chef’s Table diners must present a valid booking confirmation email if you booked in advance (have this printed or screenshotted). If booking at the festival a copy of the lead booker’s photo ID will be required. Customers must turn up no later than 10 minutes after the experience starts at 1pm. After that entry cannot be guaranteed and tickets will be non-refundable. Food may be prepared in a kitchen where nuts, gluten or other allergens may be present.
