Description
This show has been a long time coming. One day the world will know all the brilliant programs we made and then had to shelve during the last two and a half years. This is the start. What began as a companion piece in 2020, a program called "Fables," designed as part of our April 2020 Festival, has been tossed and turned and finally cannibalized into a footloose and fantastical new show called "Nuva." Featuring some rarely-heard masterpieces we've been itching to play for years, and a few surprising CP composer debuts (our first Barbara Strozzi! and our first Philip Glass!), this show is a zinger.
