Next will be an industry discussion on Culinary Trends in Québec & Maine: tapping into what's next with our neighbors moderated by Benjamin E. Ford of Verrill Dana with panelists from the Maine Grain Alliance, E W Mailhot Sausage Co, Pierre de Moulin and Viandes Biologiques. After, there will be a VIP Industry Networking Reception for Chefs and F&B professionals attending the industry seminar.
