Over 100 unique vendors, quality products and services, and more. The Cultural Vibe Music Fest stage will be filled with live music and DJ's all day. North Vs. South DJ Battle, the hottest local underground artists, fashion and hair competitions, and more. Stage Two will keep you entertained with interesting and interactive panels and top hair competitions and fashions. Hungry? Thirsty? No problem, our curated list of food trucks are there to provide an array of flavorful delicacies, no matter what mood you're in. Join us in the Morning at the main stage lawn for Yoga on the lawn to start the day. Enjoy plenty of outside fun and games and even some jump rope. Beauty and barbering services on the spot if you like. Bring your blanket and lounge chair, and enjoy the good vibes with us. You're more than welcome to serve delicious eats & treats! Yes, there will be hand washing stations for the restroom area as well as hand sanitizer stations located throughout the lot. All food service vendors will continue to practice sanitation by using proper food preparation methods and wearing gloves. All other vendors and stations will be equipped with hand sanitizer for attendees to use. Are there any ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event? 18 and over. What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event? We encourage our friends, community and family to take MARTA or use a ride share app (Uber or Lyft). You can visit itsmarta.com to plan your trip ahead of time. Take MARTA to the Airport stop (last stop on N/S line) and catch the SkyTrain from the Airport to the GICC. This will put you on the GICC property. Nearest MARTA station with Parking: College Park. If you are driving in, there is parking (at a cost) at the venue. What can I bring into the event? There are NO refunds for attendees. Tickets are transferrable to the next event. Vendor payments are non-refundable. Vendors may be eligible for transferrable monies to go towards the next event. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? No, we can check you in from our devices without it. It's always best practice to keep a photo of it on your mobile device. Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable? Yes. Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends? Yes. Is this a Rain or Shine event? Yes. I know that kids are welcome, but will there be activities for them? There will be minimal activities for children. PHOTOGRAPHY + VIDEOGRAPHY RELEASE: I, as the subject of photographs/video taken on this date, hereby consent and authorize the use and production of the photographs/videos by TWB + CKC. These same photographs/video may be used for any purpose including, but not limited to, promotion, advertising and public relations without further compensation or consent. ASSUMPTION OF RISKS: In consideration of my participation in the CKC Festival, I acknowledge that I am aware of the possible risks, dangers and hazards associated with my participation in the CKC Festival, (including the possible risk of severe or fatal injury to myself or others). These risks include but are not limited to the following: The risks associated with travel to and from location(s) to be visited during the CKC Festival, including transportation provided by commercial, private and/or public motor vehicles; Intoxication and/or alcohol poisoning from the alcohol I consume whether voluntarily or through coercion; The possibility of bodily injury (broken bones and soft tissue damage) including dental damages from falling down, being knocked down or being involved in a physical confrontation whether caused by myself or someone else; The risks associated with returning to my residence. INDEMNIFICATION AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY: In return for TWB + CKC allowing me to voluntarily participate in the CKC Festival and related activities, I agree: TO ASSUME AND ACCEPT ALL RISKS arising out of, associated with or related to my participating in the CKC Festival; TO BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGE which I might sustain while participating in the CKC Festival. TO HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY TWB + CKC a) From any and all liability for any damage to the personal property of, or personal injury to, any third party resulting from my participation in the CKC Festival and all related activities; including., but not limited to any and all activities caused by the negligence of myself or any third party; and b) From any and all claims, demands, actions and costs which might arise out of my participation in the CKC Festival. PROTECTION OF PRIVACY: The personal information requested on this form will only be used for the purpose of implementing this waiver and will not be shared with any other entity.
