At once an ingredient and a style of cooking with roots in the cultures of southern and south eastern Asia, curry is as complex and varied as the cultures that embrace it. Having become a global phenomenon, curry is now one of the official national dishes of Great Britain attesting to its mass appeal. Our #CurryFest event will explore the wide variations and hyper-local expressions of this popular dish from the Port of Spain to Chennai, from Colombo to Chiang Mai and beyond. It would be impossible to think curry without beer so we're pleased to announce that Curry Fest 2015 is presented by Samuel Adams Boston Lager whose fine beverages will also be available during the event.
