The Department of Cinematic Arts and Media Production cordially invites you to celebrate the launch of the Annual Literary Magazine, Riot, a student-led publication, published and edited by the senior class and featuring the writing, photography, and artwork of our best and brightest student-artists.
We will also be honoring our special guest, Priscilla Clarke, President and CEO of Clarke & Associates, LLC, for her generous support in the production of the magazine.
We welcome our notable alumni, Georgetown neighbors, the Greater Washington community, and all who support the arts and public education to support our student-artists and future visionaries.
VIP ticket holders will attend a cocktail reception with light hors d’oeuvres and be gifted a special collector’s edition of Riot and a preview of the Spring C.A.M.P. Showcase The Little Things. The multimedia showcase presents our student-artists’ perspectives on the mundane yet beautiful moments that make up “a day in the life.”
Proceeds from the fundraiser will support the Cinematic Arts and Media Production agenda for the upcoming years and future publications of Riot.
The event will be held on June 1st at 5:30 pm at Duke Ellington School of the Arts.
