The Hoopla Adventures are activities, events and workshops that celebrate the seven amazing values that make up the Devils Backbone culture: Beer Positive, Passion, Adventure, Family, Humility, Integrity, and Stewardship. Every Adventure starts with a question, “Where do we want to go and how are we going to get there?” Our answer, by doing things the right way, never losing focus of the destination, and all the while having fun! Here is a list of Adventures that require free registration or an additional charge. Hoopla Adventures are only available to event ticket holders (multi-day & single day) and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Space is limited for these Adventures so reserve your space now! By purchasing this entry fee, I hereby release, forever discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Mountain View Brewing LLC and Verd To Go LLC and all affiliates thereof, together with all of their respective employees, agents, representatives, owners, members, officers and directors, successors and/or assigns (collectively, the “Releasees”) from and against any and all claims, actions, demands, liabilities, proceedings, judgments, costs (including attorneys’ fees) and expenses arising from, related to or attributable to any use or occupancy by me, and any recreational or other activity (an “Activity” or “Activities”) engaged in by me, at the property of the Releasees located in Nelson County, Virginia and known as Devils Backbone (collectively, the “Claims”), including, but not limited to Activities arising from my attending and participation in Devils Backbone Hoopla, all in consideration of and in exchange for permission being granted by one or more of the Releasees for my participation in Activities. Further, I understand and acknowledge that there are risks inherent in my participation in any Activity, including, but not limited to, the risk of injury or death and I hereby expressly assume all such risks. I further acknowledge that any consumption of alcohol on my part, or on the part of others, my increase these risks, and expressly assume these additional risks.
