IMPORTANT: PACKAGES MARKED "UPGRADE" DO NOT INCLUDE ACCESS TO ANY SHOW. ACCESS TO THE VIP SOUNDCHECK EXPERIENCE WILL ONLY BE GRANTED TO GUESTS WHO HOLD BOTH A GENERAL ADMISSION TICKET AND AN UPGRADE TICKET. UPGRADES MUST ONLY BE PURCHASED IF YOU HOLD AN EXISTING TICKET FOR ENTRY.
What the "Everything Turns Around" VIP Soundcheck Includes:

*Ticket locations vary depending on venue. Shows which are fully seated are guaranteed a seat in row 1 - 5. Specific seating location requests will not be available. Tickets will be distributed on the day of the event at VIP check in. Please bring a copy of your confirmation email and ID to the check in location.
**Photos will be taken in groups of 10-12. The band will be on stage, and the audience will be on the floor. Please note that you will be in a group with other VIP guests, and may be separated from your personal group for the photo.

Q: Does my VIP package give me backstage access?
A: There is no backstage access included in any of our packages.
Q: Is there a bag policy?
A: Bag policies vary from show to show. Please check your event venue’s website for more information on their bag policy
Q: Is parking included?
A: VIP packages do not include parking. For more information about parking at the venue, please check the venue website.
Q: When will I receive information about check-in?
A: More information about the VIP package including the check-in location and schedule will be emailed to the purchaser 5 - 7 days before the event.
Q: Can I bring my own camera?
A: Camera policies vary from show to show. Please check your event venue’s website for more information on venue bag policy.
Q: When will I receive my merchandise?
A: All merchandise will be distributed at VIP check-in on the day of the show!
Q: Where can I keep my merchandise during the show?
A: There is no storage for guest merchandise. Guests will need to keep merchandise on their person, or leave it at their seat at their own discretion. We are not liable for any misplaced product.
Q: How do I get my tickets?
A: Ticket purchasers will be notified on ticket delivery ahead of the show. Ticket delivery methods vary from venue to venue.
Q: Do the VIP packages offer accessible seating?
A: Yes, accessible seating is available for VIP packages. Please contact us at DogstarVIP@superfan.live for more information.
Q: Is there a minimum age requirement?
A: Packages are open to all ages, however, exact age limitations vary per venue.
Q: Can I sell my VIP package?
A: No, unfortunately VIP packages cannot be resold. VIP packages that have been resold will not be valid.
Q: Is there a ticket purchase limit?
A: Yes, there is a FOUR (4) ticket limit for VIP tickets.
Q: Can I refund my package if I change my mind about going to the show?
A: Unfortunately, all packages are non-refundable. Please refer to the Purchase Policy for complete details.

Dogstar VIP Soundcheck Experience is open to all ages. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Please note that all package purchasers will be contacted a few days prior to the actual show date with additional details specific to their package schedule and instructions on where to pick up their package inclusions. Information will be sent to the e-mail address provided at the time of purchase. If you do not receive an email a few days prior to the event please contact dogstarvip@superfan.live. No refunds, exchanges or transfers of packages listed today or in perpetuity will be permitted. All merchandise must be collected onsite on the day of the show. All package programs & times may vary market-by-market and are subject to modification at any time for any reason. Events, dates, venue location, party inclusions, merchandise, and amenities are subject to change and cancellation at any time at our sole discretion. All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges on packages for change of mind. The artist, tour, promoter, ticketing company, venue or any other affiliated parties are not responsible for outdated or inaccurate information provided by the consumer at the time of purchase which may result in undelivered product.
