Dynamic Facilitation is a
powerful way to support groups that are working on challenging issues
across highly diverse perspectives. Originally designed by consultant

with multi-stakeholder groups -- wherever we want to tap the creative
potential of differences.

Heart-Centered Listening describes Rosa's continually evolving practice, which

More on Dynamic Facilitation: In
Europe, a combination of Dynamic Facilitation followed by World Café is being
used to host Civic Councils, a highly effective participatory public policy process. Here is a
5 minute overview video of a recent Civic Council held in Vorarlberg, Austria in response to the current refugee crisis.
Dynamic Facilitation can also be used productively in a business context. In this 6-minute video you can see the combination of Dynamic Facilitation followed by World Café to support organizational learning within a Swiss telecommunications company.

Ongoing Learning
Learning-by-doing is an essential aspect of deepening any practice. In addition to the practice opportunities offered during the workshop itself, your ongoing explorations will be a key ingredient in your own learning.
To support this, we are including an online follow-up session on May 25th, a month after our three-day in-person gathering, as part of the workshop. This will be an opportunity to reconvene and share our experiences with putting this work in action.
