Description
ELEVATE Fit Fest is a 2 day health & wellness festival that will run over the weekend of Saturday 19th & Sunday 20th August 2023.
ELEVATE is taking place on Shanbally Estate outside Nenagh, Co Tipperary with the main stage and tents area overlooking the lake creating a picturesque setting.
The mission of the festival is to create an event encompassing all elements of health, fitness, wellness and overall wellbeing.
A ticket to ELEVATE covers entry to the festival, acess to all classes (cardio, yoga, pilates, meditation, mindfullness, grounding etc), and also access to the full talk scheulde (topics covered on all aspects include mental health, wellbeing, holistic health, health with herbs, sleep patterns, psychology, nutrition and so much more...)
Our final schedule will be announcedin the run up to the events with key acts, partners & sponsors.
The scheulde for both Saturday & Sunday will mirror each other.
