With the discovery of epigenetics, our understanding of the fixed nature of our biology based on genetics has been called into question. Rather than seeing ourselves as victims of our biology, epigenetics points to the pivotal role that our beliefs play in the expression of our genes, our health, and our experience. The science of epigenetics is very much aligned with the teaching of Edgar Cayce, which states, “Mind is the builder.” In this webinar, based primarily on the work of Bruce Lipton, we will look at the scientific principles of epigenetics, reflect on the personal beliefs that have shaped our development, and look at how we can consciously work with the principles of epigenetics to change our experience.
