Description
The EU–UK Trade and Cooperation Agreement is a trade agreement signed on 30 December 2020, between the European Union, the European Atomic Energy Community and the United Kingdom. It has been applied provisionally since 1 January 2021, when the Brexit transition period ended.
In this webinar we hope to demystify the new rules about movement of goods in this agreement - with emphasis on new rules for exporting and importing finished goods of vinyl, CD and merchandise. The event will cover movement of goods processes and customs from 1 January 2021, including import declarations, export requirements, full controls, and an overview of ATA Carnets, customs special procedures, returned goods relief and rules of origin.
