Bubbledogs is making a return, with a summer-long takeover on the terrace at 45 Park Lane.
Sandia Chang and James Knappett are teaming up with Cut’s executive chef Elliott Grover. The chefs are collaborating on the menu, with the what’s set to feature London’s most elaborate hot dogs, filled with lobster and topped with Beluga caviar.
With mouthwateringly-good sides including mac & cheese and classic American tater tots.
And for dessert? A sweet cinnamon brioche & chocolate ganache dog.
Tickets include a 2-course menu with a glass of Champagne on arrival. Any additional drinks are paid for separately at the restaurant. Kindly note seating with be convivial.
