Fairytales by Tabatha presents A Fairytale Character Ball! Meet 11 of your favorite fairytale characters and princesses at a fairytale ball. 2 full hours of singing, dancing, princess makeovers, crafts, photos, autographs, and unforgettably magical memories. Experience a professionally organized enchanting experience that you will cherish forever. Add the VIP option to your experience and have a private meet and greet before the event starts. VIP ticket holders will also receive a deluxe Tiara and autograph books.
The characters that will be royally attending are The Glass Slipper Princess, Snow White, The Dawn Princess, The Beauty Princess, The New Orleans Princess, The Wayfinder Chief, The Madrigal Miracle, The Tower Princess, The Arabian Princess, The Mermaid Princess, and The Ice Queen.
Doors will be open 10 minutes before the session starts time for guests to check-in. Although seating is available, there is no assigned seating. We encourage our guests to dance and roam throughout the ballroom. June 22nd, 2024, we have two sessions to choose from. Session 1 is 10:00 AM-12:00 pm, session 1 VIP will start at 9:30 AM. Session two is 2:00 pm- 4:00 pm, and session 2 VIP starts at 1:30 pm. Tickets must be presented upon check-in. Both adult and children attendees require entry tickets. Children under 1 are free.
Please note that pictures will be taken throughout the event and posted on our social media. We will have a photo permission form you may sign before the event. Please wait until the end of the event when photo time is announced to take one one-on-one photos with the characters. A group photo with the characters will be allowed for each attendee at the end of each session.
VIP will include a private 20-minute one-on-one time with four of your favorite characters before the event, so make sure you arrive 20 minutes before the designated start time. It will also include a deluxe crown and an autograph book. VIP tickets are limited to 50 attendees. Both children and adults need a VIP ticket.

Q: What can I expect as a first-time attendee?
A: Our guests can expect a seamless organized event from start to finish. You will walk away impressed and eager to attend another one of our signature events. You get two full hours with your favorite characters at an enchanted fairytale ball! Guests are encouraged to dance and roam throughout our entire ballroom. Designated craft stations, interactive singing and dancing performances, photography stations, and more will be available for our attendees to enjoy!
Q: Do I need to bring my tickets with me?
A: Yes, you must present your tickets at the door when you sign in.
Q: How should I dress?
A: Dress to impress or come comfortable! Dress up or dress casually! We encourage the little ones to dress as their favorite princess!
Q: What age range is best for this event?
A: Our events are geared for children ages 2-8, though anyone is welcome. There is no age limit to experiencing and enjoying magic. Children under one are free admission.
Q: Does everyone require a ticket?
A: Yes, except for children under 1 years of age.
Q: Are tickets available at the door?
A: Tickets will not be for sale at the door. All tickets must be purchased online before June 10th, 2024.
Q: Will you be serving food?
A: No. We encourage guests to bring their mess-free snacks and water. Please dispose of any trash you may accumulate. We greatly appreciate the help in keeping our environment clean for everyone to enjoy,
