The energy of receptivity and healthy boundaries is associated with the lungs. The ability to let go of what no longer serves, to transmute and transform, belongs to the large intestine. When lung energy is balanced and strong, we enjoy a robust immune system, which offers protection from illness, energetic attacks, and emotional drain. When the large intestine is functioning optimally, we are able to release the past, allowing what is fresh and new and vital to enter. This fall, join us for a special healing event with Sky Ting’s own Francesca Valarezo and Dr. Annie Caton-Wong, founder of Whole Body Mantra healing arts. Strengthen your immunity and boundaries, align to receive higher wisdom, and invite life to flow through you with ease. You’ll experience acupuncture to clear stagnant energy and reset the nervous system. Allow your body to harmonize and balance with reiki. Let stress, anxiety, and tension melt away. Walk out with a relaxed body, a calm mind, and enhanced mood. Reiki is a form of hands on healing. The word “reiki” comes from the Japanese and is generally translated as “universal life force." During a reiki session, the practitioner acts as a conduit to allow the universal energy to travel through them so it can be received by you. Acupuncture is an ancient Chinese healing modality that harmonizes the mind, body, and spirit through the use of fine needles to balance Qi (life force energy) and circulate the flow of Qi along the meridians. Esoteric Acupuncture in particular works to balance the subtle frequencies and higher energy fields, to assist in healing on all levels. The event will include: -Meditation and intention setting. -Reiki and acupuncture healing treatments while in lying down in a deeply supported, relaxed position. -A delicious medicinal elixir provided by Anima Mundi Apothecary Participants will have a choice between acupuncture treatments for physical & emotional alignment, or for metaphysical & spiritual enhancement. (Please note: Adhesive ear seed treatments are an option for those who would like to experience the power of acupuncture without needles.) With this unique blend of healing arts modalities, you will leave feeling refreshed, centered, integrated, and attuned to higher levels of consciousness. We recommend wearing clothing that allows access to the knees and elbows for the healing treatments. Please bring your own mat. Anima Mundi will provide blankets and pillows. Dr. Annie Caton-Wong, DAc, LAc is a Licensed Acupuncturist, breathwork facilitator, intuitive healer, essential oils expert, and the founder of Whole Body Mantra. Her personal experience as a cancer survivor catapulted her into the world of holistic health and wellness. People refer to her as the “Harvard hippie” because while she received her formal education in the Ivy League, for the past decade she has immersed in the study of various healing arts including Chinese medicine, nutrition, yoga, meditation, and aromatherapy.
