A bit about me - I am an experienced home sourdough bread baker (follow me on Instagram @sourdoughbaker_glasgow), and father of two with a full time job. Having baked bread on and off for years but never finding a method or routine that would stick, I've worked hard over the last year to refine a method that allows me to bake two or three times per week and still fit in everything else that a busy lifestyle demands. I now want to share my passion and skills with others.
The course has a maximum capacity of four and will be run in my spacious family kitchen in the Southside of Glasgow.
