FloVibe is a long weekend of inspiring live music and International DJ’s , alongside a variety of exhilarating Yoga, Fitness, Pilates and Dance classes, Meditation, Talks, Pop ups and more... we even have a 5k run through the beautiful grounds of Stansted Park. YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED Boutique Camping If you’re looking for a really luxurious experience, boutique glamping is available with sumptuous bedding and a host of home comforts to welcome you on arrival. Boutique Camping will be available soon! Family Friendly Camping We are an inclusive, family friendly festival and will have a designated family camping area.* Under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult aged 25 or over. Will there be showers on site? Yes! You can enjoy a hot shower after a day of getting your yoga/dance sweat on. What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event? We encourage car-sharing and train journeys as the most economical and eco-friendly modes of travel. BY CAR Stansted Park is less than 2 hours from London by car. Directions from the A3(M) ○ Take Exit 2 if coming from the North or Exit 3 if you are coming from the South○ Head towards Rowlands Castle and pick up signs to Stansted Park○ Enter via the Main Stansted House and Garden Centre gates Directions from the A27 ○ Take the Emsworth or Havant exit from the A27 and pick up Heritage signs to Stansted Park○ Enter via the Main Stansted House and Garden Centre gates. BY TRAIN The nearest train station to Stansted Park is Rowlands Castle or Havant ○ London Waterloo to Rowlands Castle (Stansted Park is 2 miles from the station) ○ London Waterloo to Havant (Stansted Park is 4 miles from the station) Is there disabled access? We welcome people of all abilities to the festival. Please note however the terrain, while fairly flat, is uneven. Motorised chairs will have access between the campsite and main arena but cars cannot be driven between the two. If you have any questions the FloVibe team will be happy to help in any way we can. You can contact us via team@flovibe.com. What can I bring into the event? SOUND SYSTEM As a condition of being granted our license, and for the sanity of your fellow festival goers, private sound systems and generators are not permitted on site. ALCOHOL FloVibe’s fantastic traders will be selling a variety of alcoholic and soft drinks to tickle your taste buds. A reasonable amount of alcohol for personal use will be permitted into the campsite but in order to keep drinks prices competitive and affordable alcohol can not be taken into the festival arena. GLASS BOTTLES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. TICKETS & REFUNDS E-tickets are available via Eventbrite.Refunds are only offered if the event is cancelled. In this case, the ticket value minus the booking fee (which cannot be recovered) will be refunded. Please see our Terms.Re-sale of tickets is not advised. Under special circumstances, we will be able to change the name on a ticket and reissue it. Matching ticket and ID are required for entry to the festival.
