A wellness event for adult volunteers from our Gaelic codes in Ulster.
Saturday 23rd March
Silverbirch Hotel, Omagh, Co. Tyrone
9.45am - 3pm
The day will be compered by BBC broadcaster Lynette Fay, and will feature demonstrations and talks on mindfulness, yoga, meditation, nutritional talks, community support and general self-care.
Also included will be an informational session about about how your club can integrate a GAA For All programme into its activities.

The event is free of charge. Numbers are restricted, so please book early to avoid disappointment.
Fóllaine: Spring Into Life is open to all, regardless if members of your club have already registered to attend.
Although the day is not active, participants should be comfortably dressed.
