Are camping and parking included with my pass?
Yes! Camping and parking are included with your pass.
Is it all ages? Are kids allowed?
FORM Arcosanti is a 21+ event. Children are allowed if accompanied by a parent and require their own full-price pass.
Are passes refundable or transferable?
Passes are non-refundable. However, you can transfer your ticket to someone else until September 30, 2024 by emailing jackie@experienceform.com.
What are my lodging options?
CAMPING: If you have a 3-day pass, then camping in the Canyon Campground at Arcosanti is included. The campground is located a short 5-10 minute walk away from all programming and features showers, restroom facilities, and more.
GLAMPING: For a more lux experience, you can purchase a Glamping Package as an add-on at https://upgrade.experienceform.com/
Is re-entry allowed?
Yes, re-entry on foot during festival hours is permitted. However, there is no in-and-out driving/parking.

EARLYBIRD DEPOSIT FAQS
Does my refundable $20 deposit guarantee me an Earlybird Pass?
Your refundable $20 deposit does not guarantee you an Earlybird Pass. It only gives you access to the Earlybird Presale, which starts at 12pm PST on Friday, March 8th, and will end once all the Earlybird Presale Passes are sold out. Since FORM Arcosanti is an intimate experience with limited spots, it is recommended that you purchase your passes as soon as the presale begins to guarantee your spot.
Will my $20 deposit be refunded?
Yes, your $20 deposit will be refunded within 30 days once you have purchased your pass(es). If you decide not to purchase passes, please send an email to info@experienceform.com to let us know, and we will gladly refund your deposit for you.
